“ I first saw Colleen for an orthopedic rehab session by recommendation from Robert Schmitz, who is the personal trainer I work with at PMPG. He recommend I see Colleen for IT band complaints I was having for an extended period time. Colleen quickly found the root issue of my IT band pain, which was due to an ankle injury from many years previous. Through her evaluation, therapy, and post-therapy follow up and exercise program, I was able to make much needed progress in my personal training and physical health.

I again sought out Colleen after injuring my rotator cuff, during the summer, a little over two years ago. I was in severe pain from over using my right arm/shoulder playing volleyball and working. She was very accommodating to schedule me in to help alleviate my pain. I continued to see Colleen as I continued to rehab my right shoulder.

Colleen is extremely professional, approachable, precise, and complete in her evaluation, therapy, and post-therapy program. She communicates effectively and listens attentively. Not only did she communicate well with me but I feel she also took into consideration and provided guidance to Robert and I, as we developed an effective rehab/personal training program that fit my needs physically and personally. Colleen continues to check in with me on my progress even if I don't have appointments with her. Colleen genuinely cares about her clients and it is evident in the quality of service she provides.

“ Ten years ago I had a skiing accident which disabled my shoulder. I was unable to lift my arm above my head and I couldn’t even turn the steering wheel of my car with that arm. After undergoing two MRI’s the doctors recommended surgery to alleviate my pain. A friend of mine had similar issues and suggested I try personal training at the Pete Mueller Group. After a full year of personal training, starting with very basic isometric exercises I gradually regained almost all of my strength back and continue to live an active life at age 51. Some of the hobbies that I have resumed thanks to Pete are: Golf, Tennis, Baseball and Kite boarding. „

“ I met Pete Mueller 10 years ago just months after my 40th Birthday. We decided to team up and raise some money for Breast Cancer research. The idea was that Pete was going to get me ready for my 1st triathlon and we asked that people join us and raise money as well.

I remember showing up for my 1st session ready to go, needed to lose about 40lbs, so figured an hour on the weights, cardio then head over to the club for a swim. After 20 minutes of going as hard as I could, Pete looked at me and said, "let's stretch you out and get you on your way….." WHAT? THIS IS CRAZY TALK MUELLER! Forty pounds in two months wasn't going to happen on 20 minutes a day.

That's when Pete sat me down like the fitness Yoda that he is and began to explain the concept of short intense workouts. Functional strength became my goal, I could prepare for any fitness goal without beating my body to a pulp. At 40 I had very little flexibility in my hips and my knees screamed at me every time I ran. One of the hidden gems of the Pete Mueller Group", is that his team gets the concept of proper movement. It's focusing on the little things that allow people over 40 to stay in the game.

Whatever your fitness goals are, from Tri's to long hikes to just looking darn sexy, Pete and his team do a great job of getting you there, without sacrificing much time "feeling it" the next day, and they do it in a fun and supportive atmosphere that CANNOT be found anywhere else in Milwaukee. “ I came to PMPG after a two year journey recovering from a head and neck injury. My hope was that I could find a personal trainer to help me safely get back to the fit and active person I was before my injury. What I found with Tyler was that and so much more.

Tyler is conscientious about tailoring every workout for my individualized needs. He ensures proper technique in every movement I perform to specifically target any weaknesses and prevent future injury. Pete, I also want to thank you for the Reflexive Performance Reset you performed on me recently. In addition to helping me understand how to increase my flexibility, you identified an issue with my breathing pattern and then taught me about the benefits of deep belly-breathing. Prior to seeing you, I was experiencing an increasing amount of heart palpitations on a daily basis. Within 72 hours of the Reflexive Performance Reset, and learning how to belly breath, my heart palpitations were completely gone. I no longer had to deal with the uncomfortable physical and mental impact of a racing heart. How do you even put a price tag on that?
