EducationUniversity of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
Being physically and athletically active by nature, I was drawn to the idea of training at an early age, which developed into a more intensive study of kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Over the past decade, I've studied both locally and abroad, in fitness and in nutrition, to better understand the process of bio-hacking the body to help it reach it's highest potential. Through this commitment to research, practice, and instruction, I've experienced great personal and professional growth. My personal goal, as a dedicated wellness practioner, is to share this knowledge and instruction with those in my community.
My approach to training involves a more natural and holistic philosophy. I focus on traditional and functional strength training, as well as yoga, conscientious breathing, and nutrition. I believe that the combination of these practices plays a crucial role in an individual's life, relationship, love, and community.
