My training style will teach you how to improve the expression of strength and movement throughout the kinetic chain. Evaluation of faulty movement patterns and teaching the corrective exercises to improve them is my passion. Efficiency in movement is the base that weight loss/control, strength, power and endurance are built upon. You set the goals and I will guide you down that continuum in thoughtful, energetic training sessions.
