My training style combines my experience as a high performance athlete with my years spent aiding recovering physical therapy patients. It is my goal to have you looking and feeling better in all areas of your life by correcting unhealthy movement patterns in and out of the gym, followed by a linear strength progression that is both challenging and fun.
