Pete Mueller's Journey

Pete Mueller started his coaching business in 1990 with a passion for helping leaders awaken or discover their inner athlete. Recognizing that many clients were intimidated by health clubs, Pete began coaching clients in their homes, creating a familiar and comfortable environment. As the business grew, Pete opened a brick-and-mortar facility to provide an inviting space with better equipment and the energy of a community. Over 30 years later, Pete has helped hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals find their inner athlete and optimize their healthspan.

Pete believes in a holistic approach to strength and conditioning, focusing on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual aspects of performance. His extensive experience allows him to deliver a personalized coaching experience, even remotely.
