Breathwork Sessions

7:00am to 7:30am, 3/29, 3/30 and 3/31 in the courtyard near the gym at the Beeman Hotel weather permitting or on the indoor pool deck.


Strength and Conditioning Sessions

7:30am to 8:30am, 3/29, 3/30 and 3/31 in the gym at the Beeman Hotel.


Bodyweight Fitness Session

8:30am to 9:15am, 3/29, 3/30 and 3/31, meet at the Beeman Hotel lobby, these sessions will be done outside weather permitting.


Group Walk

7:30am to ?, 3/29, 3/30 and 3/31, meet at the Beeman Hotel lobby and walk to the nearby University Crossing Trail, finish back at the Beeman.




Breathwork open to All Levels of fitness and breathwork experience

  • There are no limits to the number of participants.
  • Sign up is helpful for space and equipment planning purposes, but not necessary.
  • We simply, kindly ask that you arrive ready to engage by 7am. (If you arrive late, that’s fine, just do so quietly and join the


This breathwork practice has been DESIGNED to specifically help you GET THE MOST OUT OF your ensuing Workout, Walk or Meditation time.

Each day we will add to what we have done the day before.

During our breathwork session we will engage in movement, which will be taught in progressions so that you can perform the movements to honor your fitness level of the day.

Per Session, we will do approximately:
  • 70% BREATHWORK, seated or lying down
  • 25% MOVEMENT, seated or standing
  • Meditation guidance will be throughout and will finish the session.


Courtyard right next to the Beeman Hotel gym
(If it rains heavily, we will meet at the indoor pool area nearest the gym.)
