Here I made a pan seared and hot honey salmon fillet. Served on a bed of baby spinach, alongside asparagus tossed in orange and lemon juice and zest.
I kept the ingredients super simple this time around.

-2 Oranges
-2 Lemons
-Hot honey to taste
