Training with Chelsea has been life-altering! Not only am I stronger physically, but mentally as well. Once a runner, some injuries sidelined me... and then I just got lazy. I had walked by PMPG many times since I moved to the area, so I decided to check them out & filled out an email inquiry on the website.
When Pete called shortly after, we had a genuine, fun conversation about who I was & what my goals were. (And in-person, he is just as genuine.) He set me up with Chelsea for training. Although I joke (kind of) about how she makes me lift heavy things, I actually feel myself getting stronger. I’m running again, and I just feel *better*. Even my general mindset has changed from “I can’t do that” to “eh, I’ll give it a shot...” in my everyday life.
I always tell people I know that everyone here is so friendly & supportive, and super-nonjudgmental. If my budget allowed me to work out with Chelsea every day, I absolutely would!
