Training Style

As a fitness professional, John uses his knowledge and experience to take a balanced approach to training. Through the logical application of basic principles of health and human performance, it is John’s goal to create a training experience that not only meets the goals of each individual but also addresses any identifiable issues that will result in the most efficient and effective improvements in overall performance and quality of life.

Away from the gym, John enjoys rock climbing, golf, hanging out with his Australian Shepard Kane, making improvements to his newly purchased home, and going to sporting events.
