His training style is fun, energetic, safe and effective; with a focus on teaching people to move in a more fluid, athletic manner. This focus will improve your performance in competition and everyday activities.
Chelsea tailors her training to each individual’s current abilities while intentionally and progressively challenging their capacity. She emphasizes a foundation of strength training and great movement patterns that will equip clients to surpass goals within and outside the gym.
As a fitness professional, John uses his knowledge and experience to take a balanced approach to training. Through the logical application of basic principles of health and human performance, it is John’s goal to create a training experience that not only meets the goals of each individual but also addresses any identifiable issues that will result in the most efficient and effective improvements in overall performance and quality of life.
Mackenzie uses her experience as a collegiate strength & conditioning coach and powerlifting athlete to create individualized programs for each client. With the goal of meeting individuals where they’re at and helping them improve each day, Mackenzie utilizes physical and mental training techniques to boost performance in all areas of life. She also is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School.
Andrea swam for the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee for 5 years and uses her experience in a collegiate weight room to build programs that are in tune with her client's goals. She wants to help them not only see improvements in the gym, but also see that progress reflected in activities of daily life.
