Smoked cod fillet

Here I have a smoked cod fillet, served over an avocado Thai chili sauce.

-2 cod fillets
-1 bush of cilantro
-1/2 of an avocado
-1 thai chili pepper
-3 poblano peppers
-1 tbsp of greek yogurt
-4 garlic cloves
-juice of 1 lime

To make the sauce I cut the avocado in half, juiced 1 lime, and roasted 3 poblano peppers. Then I blended them using my immersion blender until I got a thick creamy sauce. I plated the sauce, gave it a quick spritz of lime juice, the topped it with my smoked cod. To smoke the cod, I used my stove top smoker. It took about 15-20 minutes on the smoker to get the correct doneness.
