I came to PMPG after a two year journey recovering from a head and neck injury. My hope was that I could find a personal trainer to help me safely get back to the fit and active person I was before my injury. What I found with Tyler was that and so much more. Tyler is conscientious about tailoring every workout for my individualized needs. He ensures proper technique in every movement I perform to specifically target any weaknesses and prevent future injury. Even more importantly, he continuously checks in with me to make sure my mind is in the right place.
