

Dan's fitness journey started nine years ago when he graduated from UW-Parkside with a Bachelor's of Science in Fitness Management. He has worked with clients from many different backgrounds, fitness levels and medical restrictions. He likes to work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, increase their range of motion and strength, partnering with each client so they feel empowered to turn their 'I can't" into 'I can'.
In his free time, Dan likes to cheer on his favorite sports teams, travel and spend time with his new puppy.
